The Embedded Systems Masters track teaches you how to design and implement smart distributed systems that are low cost, energy efficient and can solve tasks cooperatively.
In the Embedded Systems Masters track, you will focus on becoming an authority on modelling and smart distributed systems. A variety of teaching methods are used so you attain both the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge. Subjects are bundled into thematic modules in line with topics relevant to industry today.
As an embedded systems engineer, you develop innovative electronic products using microcontrollers and you are involved in the design, development, production an evaluation of all kinds of intelligent systems and smart devices. Using customer requirements and specifications, the embedded software/hardware developer develops the electronic hardware and software that make up a high-tech product.
Like all HAN Masters courses, this course is internationally renowned for its seamless integration with professional practice. Application requirements
You need good grades in mathematics and physics. And in subjects related to your track.
Proof of English language proficiency: e.g. TOEFL iBT score of 80 or higher, IELTS score of 6.0 or higher, Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE), Cambridge Certificate in Proficiency of English (CPE).
You need a bachelor degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. Your grades must average at least 70%. Or, your grade point average must be 2.8 or higher (in a 4.0 system).
