Do you want to learn more about how food is produced and where it comes from. Why is a product such as Parma ham so successful and what options are there to produce original, authentic products within Europe and market them internationally? When you choose the study European Food Business you learn more about this. This study programme focuses on the production of nutritious and safe food from seed to eat, whereby the consumer takes centre-stage. During the study programme, you will get to work on issues such as food production and processing, regional products and the marketing of local regions, labels, logistics and consumer behaviour. All of these aspects are focused on the European market. You not only study in the Netherlands, also a semester in France.
There you will learn all about local products and how to market these products. The study programme will be presented in English as of year one; the first two years, you will get intensive language support therein. After successfully completing this programma you will receive an bachelor degree in Management and Agribusiness.
