
Inclusive Market Development
Short or summer course

The programme of the course will mainly focus on improving the trade of food crops in local fresh produce markets, as well as on the processing of those food crops. In addition, the curriculum will focus on promoting 'female entrepreneurship', while the online part of the programme will zoom in on the topics 'Local Economic Development', 'Post-harvest Management' and 'Value Propositions for Sustainable Trade'. The on-site part will take place in Kenya.
