International Food Operations Management
Bachelor

This new study programme trains students how to manage all of the processes involved in turning raw food materials into healthy, high-quality, marketable and profitable food products. Tomorrow’s food operations managers are involved in every process that is necessary to provide consumers all over the world with the end product. Together with other professionals, they innovate existing food products and develop new ones, and develop the technology needed to manufacture these effectively and efficiently.
Together with the University of Wisconsin River Falls in the USA this programme is designed to meet the demand of the food processing industry; students who know food as well as business in an international setting! You will have international classmates from all over the world and will travel while being in our programme. The entire programme is in English, but you will receive intensive training to support this.
