International Industrial Entrepreneurship
Short or summer course

Advise an international company in renewable energy on their plans for international expansion.
The World of Energy and Business provides great opportunities on a global scope. Sustainable production and green enterprise have become conditions for future growth in both the domestic and international markets. The question is: how do you grasp the opportunities for international growth, how do you decide what strategies for expansion to choose, and how do you go about setting up a factory abroad?
Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen (Hanze UAS) is the centre for energy-related studies in The Netherlands. As a participant in the Energy Academy Europe (EAE), a programme focusing on entrepreneurial knowledge and skills was created as part of the bachelor degree programme of Industrial Engineering and Management.
Students will learn how to formulate a strategy for an international company in the field of renewable energy. They will apply that strategy when setting up a production facility abroad as part of the corporation.

Its aim is to facilitate the recognition of study periods undertaken by mobile students through the transfer of credits. The ECTS is based on the principle that 60 credits are equivalent to the workload of full-time student during one academic year.
