We often think we know exactly why we do what we do and that our behaviour is rational. But did you know that only a small part of our behaviour is conscious? The rest happens unconsciously, influenced by other people and by technology.

In this study, you'll learn how communication, from social media and smart apps to digital campaigns, influences human behaviour, often without us even being aware of it. You'll explore how communication can help address important societal challenges, such as the spread of misinformation, sustainability, and mental health.

The programme focuses on three key themes: behaviour in a digital society, organisational communication, and the role of design and technology. You'll study in an international environment with plenty of personal guidance.

With your degree, you can pursue a career in a wide range of sectors, including marketing, government communications, media, education, and consultancy, or continue your studies by specialising through a master's.
