Construction Management & Engineering
Master

Advances in technologies, resource shortages, ageing infrastructure, the need for sustainable, futureproof buildings and infrastructure; the 21st-century construction industry is facing many challenges at once. There is a great need for managers who can deal with this growing complexity. The Master’s in Construction Management & Engineering at the University of Twente will help you to manage large construction projects, by combining management and digital skills.
From constructing and maintaining roads to building skyscrapers, this two-year, English-taught Master’s teaches you to manage all processes involved (i.e. design, construction, maintenance, demolition). In doing so, you can focus more on the technological aspects within the profile Digital Technologies in Construction or the organisational aspects within the profile Markets & Organisation of Construction.
After graduation, you can look forward to great career opportunities across the full spectrum of the construction industry. Thanks to the broad, yet expert knowledge and skills you will gain, organisations will be eager to onboard you, from contractors to engineering and consultancy firms to government institutions.
