In the track Cybersecurity Governance of the MSc Crisis and Security Management programme, you will be familiarised with the breadth, depth and complexity of cybersecurity challenges. This track seeks to provide you state-of-the art with knowledge of governance and regulatory strategies available to address these challenges.
In a world that increasingly relies on networked digital technologies, cybersecurity has become a pressing concern. In recent times, academics, governments and organisations have come to realize that cybersecurity is not only a technical issue, but also involves questions of governance and policy making, law and regulations, politics and international relations, and economics and psychology. In the track Cybersecurity Governance, you will be familiarized with the breadth, depth and complexity of cybersecurity challenges. This track seeks to provide you state-of-the art with knowledge of governance and regulatory strategies available to address these challenges. This is the only dedicated programme in the Netherlands that focuses on the governance and regulatory dimensions of this field.
