Culture in the Digital Era
Master
Culture in the Digital Era examines how culture, society, and everyday life are shaped by digitalization, mediatization, and shifting boundaries between public and private spheres. This Master's trains you to analyze how digital technologies, platforms, and algorithms influence everyday cultural expressions, communication, identity, and creativity, and to reflect on their broader implications for individuals and society. You will also learn how to communicate these insights effectively in professional and public contexts. This is a track of MA Culture Studies.
Hybrid education
This Master's program offers hybrid education: you can choose to attend the classes either online or on-campus. This approach to education offers many opportunities, including flexibility, accessibility and the possibility to study in multiple locations. Note that you will earn the same diploma, regardless of whether you take the program online or on-campus.
