On an operational level, you will learn about the recruitment, selection, performance, and well-being of employees. Moreover, you will follow an HR analytics course, in which you will learn how to use data science, digital personnel systems, and online platforms to evaluate the HR performance of an organisation and provide evidence-based suggestions for improvement. Next to the core courses, the MSc HRM includes electives on various topics (e.g. stress and health, technological development, internationalisation of business, or business ethics).
