In this Bachelor's you learn to combine creativity with technology and engineering to improve existing consumer products and design the products of the future. Your products will not just look good, but will also be geared to the production process, packaging requirements, recyclability, and the real needs of end-users. You will gain a grasp of the design process, from ideas to market introduction, while going deeper into technology and engineering. You will cover subjects, from mathematics, mechanics and material science to graphic design, ergonomics and marketing. As an academically grounded, tech-savvy, entrepreneurial Industrial Design Engineer, you will be comfortable with all aspects of the product development process and capable of handling complex, cross-disciplinary challenges. With an additional Master’s degree, you find plenty of job opportunities e.g. a job in engineering and production, research and development, or management and consultancy – or launch your own startup.
