Industrial Engineering & Management
The University of Twente’s three-year, English-taught Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management will equip you to become a creative, multidisciplinary manager who can combine technological know-how with engineering and management skills. Gaining expertise in technology, human behaviour and business processes, you will learn to help international companies and other organisations to become more efficient, maximise profit, minimise risks, and improve quality and competitiveness. You will also learn how to effectively implement necessary changes and how to assess the consequences these will have on organisations, people, quality, finances, sustainability or market position.
The programme combines areas such as business administration, ICT, mathematics, and technology. In every module, you apply your knowledge in a team project centring on current issues. Our small-scale educational environment and informal, personal approach will help you to work on your social, professional and entrepreneurial skills, shaping you into a well-rounded professional. On graduation you can find a job, often with a high starting salary, or continue your studies with a master’s.
