This Master's degree teaches you how IT impacts organisations, both from a technical and management perspective. You will become an expert in explaining how organisations are able to deal with security and privacy issues.

The curriculum of this Master's programme has been developed in close collaboration with the Nijmegen School of Management. The programme will teach you to become a digital architect who can look beyond mere technical sides to ICT adoption in designing competitive business solutions. In addition to developing a strong basis in systems approaches to information and management, students will specialise either as a Security or privacy officer, or in Alignment and IT.

Application requirements

You can enter this Master's programme if you have a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science with a minor in Business Administration Science, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Science with a minor in Computing Science, or a closely related discipline.

Be aware that apart from a background in Computer Science, also some background in Business Administration is required. Especially if you choose the Aligning Business & IT track within the Master's in Information Science, as you'll then follow many courses at the Nijmegen School of Management as well.
