International Development Management
Bachelor

Do you want to make a real difference in the world?
With International Development Management you learn how to tackle global challenges like climate change, inequality, fair trade and food security. You work on real-life projects with students from different countries and gain international experience—such as supporting rangers in South Africa to protect wildlife or helping farmers in Peru grow food sustainably. You follow courses on topics such as climate justice, human rights, sustainable food systems, project management and ethical entrepreneurship.
After graduation, you could coordinate emergency aid with the Red Cross, develop fair trade supply chains at Fairtrade International, or advise a city on climate policy. You might train farmers in Kenya in sustainable farming or help clothing companies create truly sustainable fashion lines—from raw materials to store shelves—making fair production and eco-friendly materials the new standard. Whether you become a project manager, sustainability advisor, entrepreneur or lobbyist, this programme gives you the skills, mindset and network to take action and build a fairer, greener future.
