Maastricht Science Programme emphasizes new ways of learning. Through Problem- and Research-Based Learning you are encouraged to explore the material yourself and to apply it to real cases (PBL) and to conduct your own research (RBL). As a student you have a lot of freedom in your curriculum, while being guided intensively by teachers and staff.

Application requirements
The board of admissions assesses your application based on your personal statement. When this is good enough you will get invited for an interview.
Your grade list will also be taken into accountwith your application.
You have to add a personal statement from between 500-800 words to your application.

You are eligible for admission to the MSP if you have a Dutch VWO diploma or an international equivalent thereof. Having a mathematics education including calculus, especially fundamentals of differentiation and integration, is highly recommended (This is equivalent to the Dutch wiskunde B VWO).
