Do you have a head for business and a heart for sport? Then Sport Studies – track International Sports, Management and Business (ISMB) might be right for you.
This 4-year Bachelor’s programme prepares you for a career as a sport manager in an international setting. You will study management, business, sport and personal development, and gain hands-on experience through 3 international internships.
The programme focuses on the global sport industry. You will build a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and learn to research, plan, organise, lead and evaluate in the dynamic world of sport.
Besides core business subjects like marketing, finance and strategic management, you will also study event management, sport media, facility management, intercultural communication and research. In the first 2 years, you will take part in various sport activities to strengthen your management and interpersonal skills.

The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is a student-centred system based on the student workload required to achieve the objectives of a programme of study. Application requirements
The selection consists of:
- A short video regarding your involvement in sport and sport management
- An online interview
- An online written theory exam which tests your English, mathematics level, analytical skills, and your knowledge regarding the world of international sport management
Before you start the programme you need to have passed a sport medical examination at an independent organisation of sport medical professionals in the Netherlands.
