The aim is to teach students to analyse (strategic) issues involving personnel and organisation, and enable them to reflect on and to apply their knowledge in real-life case studies and situations.
The Master's specialisation in Strategic Human Resource Leadership focuses on new insights into personnel and organisation issues. This involves, among other things, using the human resources concept and resource-based staff and organisation management. In addition, topical themes are addressed such as competence management, training and development management employability and career management, and (cultural) diversity management. Therefore, this Master's specialisation is interesting for students who want to contribute to the development and implementation of personnel management in organisations.
Learning objectives relate to knowledge, application and reflection, including:
- Providing a well-developed conceptual framework for strategy development as it relates to managing human resources
- Providing a base for application through practical examples integrating HRM and Strategic management
- Increasing the student's ability to critically reflect upon HRM

A Dutch Bachelor's degree (or equivalent, from a research university) in Business Administration, as evaluated by the Examination Board.
