This master's track focuses on understanding human behaviour in the workplace and applying these insights to improve the well-being and performance of organizations and their employees.
In this master's track you will:
Work is changing fast and organizations struggle with the challenge of how to attract and retain skilled employees, design hybrid work arrangements, or boost collaboration between humans and AI.
- Analyse how organisations can attract and retain talent, support wellbeing, and prevent destructive leadership
- Address current challenges such as hybrid work, creativity and innovation, and ageing workforces linking academic theory to professional practice
- Learn to create inclusive workplaces where employees feel safe, valued, and able to perform at their best
- Gain knowledge of leading theories and develop practical skills through a unique combination of specialised courses and skills training
- Translate scientific insights into evidence-based interventions that improve both individual well-being and organizational performance
- Build professional skills in communication, coaching, and organizational change — with the option to earn an accredited coaching certificate.

The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is a student-centred system based on the student workload required to achieve the objectives of a programme of study.
